Hi, I’m Jasmine – my real estate journey began in 1986 with a part time reception job in an office near SFU, where I was studying Business Administration.  A kind & generous broker offered me the position and helped me navigate this new industry.   I was hooked!  I am now so proud to say that I lead a small but mighty team of hard working people who are dedicated to others’ success in real estate, whatever that means to them.   We are client-centered, have built a wonderful business and continue to watch it grow by fostering relationships that we treasure.    When I am not working, you can find me cooking & entertaining, trying to finish one renovation or another, and walking through the trails with Grant & our dog, Joesy.

When I am not working,  I enjoy many outdoor activities including travel, skiing, golf and yoga; yet my real passion is soccer. In addition to playing, I have coached both an under 7 boys soccer team and in the past his men's teams; ask me about the similarities! (The under 7's are more mature).

I am actively involved as a volunteer in the community, including being a PAC member, a past Big Brother, and a member of the City of North Vancouver Parks and Rec committee.

“Meet Tallulah”

Originally from London, England, Tallulah moved to Vancouver in 2014 and joined the team in 2016. With a background in both art and administrative expertise, she transitioned from being a skilled assistant to a licensed realtor. Her creativity and attention to detail are invaluable, ensuring that every step of your transaction, whether buying or selling, is seamless and organized.

When she's not helping clients, Tallulah enjoys hiking with her dog Bella, painting, creating unique jewelry, capturing stunning photos of Vancouver, and always discovering the city's best cheeses!
