When purchasing a home, you are faced with a multitude of decisions.  Who you work with matters!  In B.C., Agency Representation ( or fiduciary representation) means that your Real Estate Representative is legally bound to act in your best interest.  This involves the highest standard of care and loyalty to you, the client.  We provide a full range of services that Buyers need and deserve, and will discuss Agency representation with you and how that benefits you.

We will make the process of purchasing a home easier, more enjoyable, less time-consuming, and less expensive than if you undertook this challenge on your own. We will help you prepare so that sellers perceive you as a preferred buyer, help you locate and assess properties for sale that match your specifications, and help you through the myriad details attending the actual purchase.

We are familiar with market conditions and know neighborhood values well; we can help you determine which properties are fairly priced and in good condition before you start your search.

While a bank only offers products from their particular institution, licensed mortgage professionals send millions of dollars in mortgage business each year to Canada's largest banks, credit unions, and trust companies... offering their clients more choice, and access to hundreds of mortgage products. As a result, clients benefit from the trust, confidence and security of knowing they are getting the best mortgage for their needs. Mortgage professionals work for you, and not the banks; therefore, they work in your best interest. From the first consultation to the signing of your mortgage, their services are free.

A fee is charged only for the most challenging credit solutions, and it's especially under those circumstances that a mortgage professional can do for you what your bank cannot. Whether you're purchasing a home for the first time, taking out equity from your home for investment or pleasure, or your current mortgage is simply up for renewal, it's  important that you are making an educated buying decision with professional, unbiased advice.

We Will Find The Right Homes For You

Once you've been pre-qualified and know what price range you want to stay in, we can help you determine which properties fit your needs by using our resources, such as the (MLS®) Multiple Listing Service system to locate them.

We have the best possible resources and communication systems available today to help you locate the homes on the market that match your specifications. You can even search all listings here on our website.

We enjoy providing Our 'Private Client Services' Tool for a search tailored to you.   The moment a listing is loaded onto the MLS System you will be notified if it meets your criteria Each week, we specifically preview homes in person, or on our Agents Tour, and are always ready to book a private viewing for you for any property you or we feel has potential. While most listing and sales activity transpires through the MLS System, we have other avenues that we can access in order to find the right home for you, such as expired listings, our own client database, and 'For Sale By Owners'. Our Assistant, Bella, says - "Looking for a pet-friendly property?" I can help you with that !

Some properties are in demand and you will not be the only interested party making an offer. We will assist you in generating an offer that is reasonable and protects your interests using specific terms and conditions

Due Diligence

We will help you complete your financing and inspections, and close on the transaction. Our top priority is to make sure that your home buying experience is pleasant, cost-efficient, and successful.
