BEWARE the articles in the MEDIA like the one we saw today whose headline reads, "BC Home Sales to plummet by up to 40% this month". What's the number you're going to remember here ? 40%, right ? But it's not until you read further in that it says, "compared to the same month last year". Spring is typically our busiest time for sales, and it is no surprise that this year is going to be different than last year!
